This is a character called LH who has a Dorothy Parker hairdo. So far LH has featured in comic stories about insomnia, grocer boys and doctors. In the original artwork, she is storming through the streets ignoring the tiny pests that slither at her feet. For the purposes of the sticker, the pests were removed (with pest-spray).
